Keeping your deposit requirement low and the remaining amount payable as close as possible to the arrival date, encourages the customer to book.

3. Give more time to the customer to pay
Opening the payment link with the longer option of 72 hours, you allow the customer more time to research their trip. If the customer needs more time, don’t hesitate to extend the payment link.

4. Reassure customers in the inquiry
Make sure the customer knows that you can be flexible with their arrival dates or deposit, should there be a change in the situation in your (or their) country. You have the option to offer more flexible booking conditions in the inquiry.
