7-Day Kilimanjaro Trekking via Machame route + 2 nights hotel stay

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Once there, take some time to rest and acclimatize, while also attending a pre-trek briefing to prepare for the climb. During this time, you can review the itinerary and ask questions to your guides. Finally, after settling in and familiarizing yourself with the hotel, enjoy an overnight stay in comfort, before beginning the exciting trek the next day.

After breakfast, drive to Machame Gate. Begin the trek through lush rainforest to Machame Camp, enjoying scenic views along the way. Overnight in tents at the camp.

Trek through the heath and moorland zone to reach Shira Plateau. Along the way, enjoy dramatic landscapes and panoramic views. Overnight at Shira Camp.

Ascend to Lava Tower (4,630 m) for acclimatization, then descend to Barranco Camp. This helps prepare for the summit push while offering stunning scenery. Overnight in tents.

Climb the Barranco Wall and continue through rocky terrain to Karanga Camp. Along the way, enjoy unique mountain vistas and alpine landscapes. Overnight at Karanga Camp.

Trek to Barafu Camp in preparation for the summit. Then, begin the early morning ascent to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m). After reaching the summit, descend to Mweka Camp for overnight.
